Description
Beställaren har behov av att upphandla ramavtal för Managementkonsulter, dvs. specialistkonsulter inom management. Syftet och målet med upphandlingen är att säkerställa att Beställaren har tillgång till managementkonsulter i form av kvalificerat och professionellt stöd inom: - Organisations-, process- och verksamhetsutveckling inom organisation och styrning/ledning - Strategiska frågeställningar inklusive förändrings-, process- och projektledning inom organisation och styrning/ledning - Verksamhetsstyrning i syfte att uppnå god interkontroll och effektivisering Behovet av konsulttjänsterna kan omfatta både tjänstemannaorganisationen och politiska organisationen. Konsulttjänsterna innebär att en eller flera managementkonsulter har ansvar för utförande av ett av Beställaren specificerat uppdrag och ansvar för tillhandahållande av ett visst avtalat resultat. Leverantören ansvarar för arbetsledningen av managementkonsulterna som utför det specificerade uppdraget.
