Description
Le présent marché a pour objet la mise en place d’une nouvelle solution de Managed File Transfer. Ce nouveau projet comporte plusieurs étapes : Tout d’abord, l’achat d’une nouvelle solution en remplacement de la solution actuelle c’est-à-dire Axway Synchrony Gateway v.6.17.3 et les composants XSR v 2.3.0. Ensuite, un contrat de « maintenance et support » nous permettra d’installer des mises à jour ainsi que les futures versions du produit et nous donnera accès à un portail de support. L’accès au portail de support doit être disponible 24/7. La durée du marché est de 12 mois renouvelable tacitement 3 fois pour la même période.
