Description
Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture de matériel, l’impression et l’envoi de vignettes, avec la possibilité de joindre une lettre d’accompagnement. L’adjudicateur utilise le terme «vignette» pour désigner une feuille d’étiquettes autocollantes. Le présent accord-cadre comprend 1° la fourniture des vignettes ; 2° l’exécution optimale d’un mailing. Le mailing inclut • la fourniture d’étiquettes autocollantes et d’enveloppes, l’impression, le regroupement de vignettes pour plusieurs destinataires (sur base des fichiers fournis) et l’envoi de ces étiquettes. • la fourniture des étiquettes autocollantes et d’enveloppes, l’impression, le regroupement de vignettes avec une lettre d'accompagnement pour un ou plusieurs destinataires dans une seule enveloppe (sur la base des fichiers fournis) et l’envoi de ces étiquettes et lettres. Ces vignettes ont pour but d’identifier l'ayant droit ou l'assuré auprès de l'assurance soins de santé obligatoire.
