Mercy University Hospital (MUH) invites tenders from suitable parties for the provision of Managed Extended Detection and Response Services. The award will be made based on the ability to provide all the services outlined below The key components of the Managed Extended Detection and Response service are: • Proactively detect and respond to potential security threats before they can cause significant harm to MUH • Minimize the risk of data breaches and other security incidents by identifying and responding to potential security threats in a timely manner • Improve the MUH's cybersecurity posture, enhance the organization’s ability to protect sensitive data and comply with relevant regulations • Provide regular reporting and communication to stakeholders on the current state of the organization's cybersecurity posture.
