Description
Upphandlingen omfattar tillagning och servering av elev- och personalmåltider, inköp av råvaror samt övriga arbetsuppgifter som krävs för genomförandet av tjänsten, enligt omfattningen i denna upphandling. Tillagning av måltider ska ske i Södra Latins tillagningskök och servering ska ske i skolans matsalar. Upphandlingens totala antal portioner uppskattas till ca 683 500 stycken och upphandlingens totala värde uppskattas till ca 24 miljoner för hela avtalsperioden. Värdet är endast en uppskattning baserad på tidigare årsbehov. Leverantören förbinder sig att leverera enligt skolornas faktiska behov under hela avtalsperioden. Se vidare upphandlingsdokumentet.
