Description
La présente consultation porte sur une mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la construction de 30 logements sur la commune de Thouars (79100) - Quartier de la Croix Blanche, au 22 rue Marcelin Berthelot. Ces logements sont destinés à loger des populations de condition moyenne et modeste, éligibles aux critères légaux définis par le Code de la Construction et de l'Habitation en matière de logement à loyer modéré. Le secteur du projet se situe à dans le centre de Thouars. Il s'inscrit dans la continuité de l'urbanisation actuelle, dans une zone pavillonnaire et à proximité d'infrastructures sportives. Les logements seront construits sur une partie de la parcelle AL 377 d'une superficie de 9843 m², propriété de Deux-Sèvres Habitat sur laquelle 4 bâtiments (Aquitaine, Béarn, Champagne, Dauphiné) totalisent 65 logements sont en cours de déconstruction. En plus des logements à construire, 24 garages en bande qui avaient été édifiés en limite de propriété seront à réhabiliter ou à démolir selon le projet.
