Description
La présente consultation a pour objet la relance du lot n°1 « Secteur Nord »déclaré sans suite pour la maintenance et la rénovation du parc d'ascenseurs et portes automatiques de Deux-Sèvres Habitat. Les objectifs du présent marché sont le respect de la réglementation, la conservation des équipements et l'amélioration du service rendu aux utilisateurs. Le parc Nord de Deux-Sèvres Habitat est actuellement composé de : - Ascenseurs : 16 appareils. - Automatisme : 16 portes automatiques La liste des appareils, leurs caractéristiques et leur localisation sont indiqués en annexes du CCTP. La description des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le Cahier des Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières et ses annexes. Le marché est conclu pour une durée de 58 mois à compter du 1er mars 2026.
