Riigihanke eesmärgiks on leida raamlepingupartnerid, kes suudaksid varustada hankijat maismaasõidukite 12V nominaalpingega akudega. Hankijal on käesoleva lepingu alusel õigus vajadusel osta ka teisi samaliigilisi tooteid, mis on müüja tootevalikus, kuid mis ei sisaldu riigihanke pakkumuses.
