Description
La maintenance préventive (conditionnelle et systématique) la maintenance corrective, comme définie dans la norme NF X 60-010. Elle comprend donc les dépannages, les réparations, les révisions et les visites périodiques. Il s'agit d'un marché à prix mixtes : - Maintenance préventive selon un montant global et forfaitaire annuel, et un planning de visite établi. - Maintenance curative à prix unitaires donnant lieu à des bons de commande (accord-cadre mono-attributaire selon les articles R2162-13 et R2162-14 du CCP). L'accord-cadre est conclu sans montant minimum dans la limite des montants maximums
