Kvinnherad municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for maintenance, operation and investment in road lighting and technical accompanying installations for street light installations in Kvinnherad municipality. Kvinnherad municipality currently operates 3,500 road scythes divided between municipal roads, in addition Kvinnherad municipality may need to construct new vegljos in an area where there is currently no municipal road scythes.
