Description
L’objet du présent marché de services est relatif à la maintenance « Full Omnium » d’ascenseurs, d’appareils de levage et de portes automatiques présents sur le patrimoine de La Sambrienne. Le présent marché est divisé en lot comme suit : • Lot 1 : maintenance d’ascenseurs de technologie type A et assimilés • Lot 2 : maintenance d’ascenseurs de technologie type B et assimilés • Lot 3 : maintenance d’ascenseurs de technologie type C et assimilés Les types A, B et C correspondent à la marque principal installée à l’origine. Dans le cadre du présent marché, le pouvoir adjudicateur désignera 2 adjudicataires par lot. L’adjudicataire principal reçoit l’ensemble des commandes. L’adjudicataire subsidiaire reçoit une ou plusieurs commandes dès que l’adjudicataire principale est en défaillance. La philosophie générale du présent marché est de garantir à l’adjudicateur un bon fonctionnement de l’ensemble de ses appareils et, en particulier, un taux de pannes et un taux de non-fonctionnement les plus bas possibles sur l’ensemble du parc et par appareil.
