Maintenance ET réparation (Y COMPRIS SYSTÈMES HYDRAULIQUES ET Pneumatiques) des ENGINS et matériels TP de la commune de Saint-Joseph - ANNÉE 2024 Les prestations sont répartis en deux (02) lots désignés ci-après donnant chacun lieu à un marché distinct. La forme retenue est celle de l'accord-cadre exécuté au moyen de bons de commande en application des articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Il s'agit en l'espèce d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire.
