Description
Le marché sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Ce marché est dit mixte. Il comprend des prestations à prix forfaitaires (interventions programmées dites préventives) où il sera fait application d'un prix global et forfaitaire (DPGF) et des prestations à prix unitaires (interventions ponctuelles hors DPGF dites curatives) où il sera fait application d'un accord-cadre mono- attributaire à bons de commande (conformément au BPU) dont les montants sont définis comme suit : Lot 1 vérification et entretien des installations de SSI et de désenfumage mécanique et naturel : Montant minimum : 0 euro(s) HT et Montant maximum : 150 000 euro(s) HT par an, Lot 2 vérification et entretien des extincteurs/RIA- plans d'évacuation : Montant minimum : 0 euro(s) HT et Montant maximum : 50 000 euro(s) HT par an, Lot 3 vérification et entretien des Blocs Autonomes d'Eclairage de Sécurité (BAES) : Montant minimum : 0 euro(s) HT et Montant maximum : 100 000 euro(s) HT par an. Le présent marché a pour objet la maintenance et l'entretien des équipements de sécurité incendie de la ville de Gonesse
