Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la maintenance du progiciel INLOG et prestations associées. L'accord-cadre, sans montant minimum mais avec un montant maximum, sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Le montant maximum de l'accord-cadre est de 95 000 euros HT annuels. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. L'accord-cadre est reconductible. La valeur estimée est indicative et comprend la totalité des périodes de reconduction
