Le Parlement européen a besoin d’un contrat-cadre ayant pour objet le service de maintenance des fontaines à eau sur le site du Parlement européen à Luxembourg Le contrat cadre envisagé aura une durée maximum de quatre années (12 mois renouvelable tacitement trois fois).
