Description
Dans le cadre de ce marché, 2 lots ont déjà été attribués lors d'une procédure précédente. Le lot 3 nécessite d'être relancé. Cette procédure concerne uniquement le lot 3. Un groupement de commande a été constitué entre la Ville de SIX FOURS LES PLAGES, coordonnateur du groupement, et le CCAS de SIX FOURS LES PLAGES. Il est précisé que le LOT 3 ne concerne que la VILLE. Le contrat prend effet à compter de sa date de notification jusqu'au 31 décembre 2025. Il sera reconductible 2 fois par période d'UN AN, soit au maximum jusqu'au 31 décembre 2027. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande avec les montants limites suivants pour la période initiale allant de sa date de notification jusqu'au 31 décembre 2025 puis pour chacune des années 2026 et 2027 : MINIMUM : 1 000 euro(s) H.T. MAXIMUM : 120 000 euro(s) H.T
