Description
Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande correspondant à des prestations réglées sur la base d'un bordereau des prix unitaires fixe toutes les conditions d'exécution des prestations. Un groupement de commande a été constitué entre la Ville de SIX FOURS LES PLAGES, coordonnateur du groupement, et le CCAS de SIX FOURS LES PLAGES. Le contrat prend effet à compter de sa date de notification jusqu'au 31 décembre 2025. Il sera reconductible 2 fois par période d'UN AN, soit au maximum jusqu'au 31 décembre 2027
