Description
La ville de Carcassonne souhaite acquérir et/ou louer des décors originaux pour la Magie de Noël. Pour l'année 2025, la Ville a pour projet de louer : 1/ Un grand sapin décoratif 2/ 3 montgolfières (placées sur 3 sites différents) 3/ Des bulles avec automates 4/ Des sapins lumineux 5/ Divers éléments qui seront choisis dans le BPU-DQE et/ou dans le catalogue du fournisseur. Le concept, le design et le thème de chaque site sont fixés par la Commune. Le choix des diverses décorations, actualisé chaque année, sera effectué au vu du BPU-DQE et du catalogue du fournisseur.

- Quality — La valeur technique des offres sera appréciée au regard : 1/ De l'esthétique des décors proposés (20%). Seront pris en compte les dimensions des décors, leur thème, leur éclat, leur caractère ludique…
