Description
Hanke eesmärgiks on Maaväe T-särkide soetus (lisa 1, tehniline kirjeldus) soetamine kohaletoimetamisega tarneaadressile. Eduka pakkujaga sõlmitakse hankeleping (lisa 2 hankeleping) ja fikseeritakse lepinguperioodiks (kestusega 12 kuud) kaupade maksimaalne ühikumaksumus ning esimese soetuse tarneaeg, mis on ühtlasi ka tulevaste soetuste maksimaalne tarneaeg. Hankija ei aktsepteeri tarneaega, mis on pikem kui 180 päeva ja tunnistab sellise pakkumuse mittevastavaks. Esmase soetuse raames soovib hankija soetada eeldatavalt 32 471 MaV T-särki.
