Description
Hankelepingu esemeks on õhusõidukite liiklemise ja lennuvälja liiklusala jäätõrje toodete ostmine. Seotud hange on jaotatud kaheks osaks: 1) Osa 1 - Lennuraja jäätõrje vedelikud 2) Osa 2 - Lennuraja jäätõrje graanulid Hankeleping sõlmitakse ingliskeelsena. Kui eduka pakkuja pakkumus kohustuslikule väljaostukogusele ületab hankija planeeritud eelarvet, on hankijal õigus hankelepingu sõlmimiseks tellitavat kohustuslikku väljaostu kogust lepinguperioodil vähendada selliselt, et hankija saab eelarve piires osta soodsaima ühikuhinnaga maksimaalse koguse kaupa. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
