Description
Hankinnan kohteena olivat Joensuun Kodit Oy:n ja Opiskelija-asunnot Joensuun Elli Oy:n LVI-tarvikkeet sopimuskaudelle 1.5.2025 - 30.4.2026 + yhden (1) vuoden optio + yhden (1) vuoden optio. Tavaran tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset mm. rakenteen, varusteiden, työ- ja paloturvallisuuden sekä sähköturvallisuuden osalta. Toimittajan ja mahdollisten alihankkijoiden tulee noudattaa toimialaansa koskevan lainsäädännön vaatimuksia mm. ympäristönsuojelua ja jätehuoltoa koskevia säädöksiä ja määräyksiä. Tarjottavien tuotteiden tulee soveltua ammattimaiseen käyttöön.
