Description
Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi pyytää antamaan tarjouksen LVI-tarvikkeista sopimuskaudelle 1.7.2024 - 30.4.2026 + yhden (1) vuoden optio + yhden (1) vuoden optio. Tarjous on sitova ja se tulee laatia suomen kielellä. Tavaran tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset mm. rakenteen, varusteiden, työ- ja paloturvallisuuden sekä sähköturvallisuuden osalta. Toimittajan ja mahdollisten alihankkijoiden tulee noudattaa toimialaansa koskevan lainsäädännön vaatimuksia mm. ympäristönsuojelua ja jätehuoltoa koskevia säädöksiä ja määräyksiä. Tarjottavien tuotteiden tulee soveltua ammattimaiseen käyttöön.
