AS Eesti post viib läbi konkurentsipõhise läbirääkimistega hankemenetluse eesmärgiga sõlmida hankemenetluse tulemusena raamleping lühisõnumite masspostitusteenuse ostmiseks. Raamlepingu maksimaalne maksumus on 1 100 000 eurot (lisandub käibemaks).
