Auf dem Gelände des Universitätsklinikums Düsseldorf soll das Gebäude 14.79, die Pathologie teilweise saniert werden. Die Ausführung soll im laufenden Betrieb erfolgen. Die Maßnahme betrifft lediglich den Bereich der Laborfläche im EG, welcher vor Installationsbeginn leergezogen und Schadstoffentfrachtet wird. Es handelt sich um zwei Laborräume, eine Spülküche, ein Büroraum sowie Lager- und Betriebsräume.
