Description

Acord-cadru de lucrari: Lucrari de umplutura si refacere a tramei stradale in urma interventiilor RAJA SA la conductele de apa si canalizare, in municipiul Constanta si localitatile limitrofe : Navodari, Ovidiu, Lumina, Poiana, Valu lui Traian, Murfatlar. In functie de necesitati si oportunitati, autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a solicita executarea lucrarilor si in alte localitati nenominalizate din zona, in limita cantitatilor si valorilor contractate. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari: in a 19 a zi înainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Intrebarile se vor posta in SEAP la sectiunea intrebari. Termenul limita pana la care entitatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari depuse cu respectarea termenului limita stabilit in invitatia de participare: in a 11 a zi înainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor Entitatea Contractanta va raspunde doar solicitarilor de clarificari adresate de operatorul economic pana la termenul limita stabilit.
