Valoarea maxima estimata a acordului cadru este de 215.579.934,05 lei fără TVA, valoarea minima estimata a acordului cadru este de 3.233.699,01 lei fără TVA, valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 25.869.592,09 lei fără TVA, iar valoarea estimata a celui mai mic contract subsecvent este de 1.077.899,67 fără TVA. Autoritatea Contractanta, în funcție de necesitățile din teren, isi rezerva dreptul de a achiziționa cantități suplimentare de lucrări de același tip cu cele prevăzute în prezenta procedura în limita a 50% din valoarea maximă a Acordului cadru, rezultand astfel o valoarea maximă estimată totală cu opțiuni a acordului-cadru de 323.369.901,08 lei. Acordul - cadru are ca obiectiv lucrari de intretinere si reparatii curente a unitatilor de invatamint preuniversitar de stat (gradinite, scoli, scoli speciale, scoli de muzica si arte plastice, colegii nationale si licee (teoretice, tehnologice)) si alte imobile aflate in administrarea DIRECTIEI GENERALE DE ADMINISTRARE A PATRIMONIULUI IMOBILIAR (D.G.A.P.I.).
