Acord cadru având ca obiect: Lucrări de întreținere și reparare a podurilor, pasajelor și podețelor de pe raza Municipiului Brașov. Valoarea maximă estimată a acordului cadru pe durata celor patru ani, este de aproximativ 65.491.389,80 fără TVA. Valoarea minimă estimată a acordului cadru pe durata celor patru ani, este de aproximativ 4.387.274,60 lei fără TVA. Valoarea estimată a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de aproximativ 16.372.847,45 lei fără TVA. Valoarea estimată a celui mai mic contract subsecvent este de aproximativ 1.096.818,65 lei fără TVA. Solicitările de clarificări și informații suplimentare din partea operatorilor economici se vor formula exclusiv prin intermediul SEAP, cu respectarea termenului minim de 20 zile înainte de data-limită pentru depunerea ofertelor, în conformitate cu art. 160 alin. (1) și (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016. Pentru întrebările transmise în acest interval, Autoritatea Contractantă va comunica răspunsurile oficiale în SEAP cu cel puțin 11 zile înainte de termenul-limită de depunere, conform art. 161 alin.
