Obligativitatea respectării Standardului de Performanță pentru Serviciul de Distribuție a Energiei Electrice creează cadrul general necesar achiziționării serviciului Call Center pentru perioada 2024-2027. Prestare Servicii Call center in principal pentru urmatoarele activitati, conform celor indicate in documentatia de atribuire atasata prezentului anunt de participare: - prestarea de servicii contact center pentru toate apelurile ce sunt efectuate catre Call Center-ul tehnic și Call Center-ul comercial de catre clientii/ potențiali clienți ai Rețele Electrice Muntenia (LOT 1), Banat (LOT 2), Dobrogea (LOT 3) și servicii Back Office Contact Center Customer Care/Back Office Customer Services pentru contactele scrise (activitate principală) – conform detaliilor din caietele de sarcini aferente fiecarei entitati, respectiv fiecarui lot; - prestarea de servicii contact center pentru toate apelurile ce sunt efectuate catre Call Center-ul tehnic și Call Center-ul comercial de catre clientii/ potențiali clienți ai Retele Electrice Muntenia, Rețele Electrice Banat, Rețele electrice Dobrogea (activitate secundară), - conform detaliilor din caietele de sarcini aferente fiecarei entitati,…
