Hanke eesmärk on sõlmida raamleping platsenta päritolu rakuvaba DNA eraldamine raseda vereproovist nii üksik- kui kaksikraseduste ja raseduse erijuhtudel koos järgneva kvaliteedikontrolli, bioinformaatilise andmetöötluse ja lõpliku vastuse vormistamisega, kus oleks märgitud tõenäosus lootel esineva kolme sagedasema trisoomia (trisoomia 21, 18 ja 13), X kromosoomi monosoomia suhtes ning loote sugu.
