Description
Lönesystem med tillhörande moduler och licenser kommer användas av hela koncernen Stiftelsen Högskolan i Jönköping som moderorganisation inklusive de sex helägda dotterbolagen: Hälsohögskolan, Högskolan för lärande och kommunikation, Jönköping International Business School, Tekniska Högskolan, Högskoleservice och Jönköping University Enterprise. Jönköping University består av totalt 900 anställda och 300 timavlönade och varje månad utförs ungefär 1200 löneutbetalningar. I genomsnitt görs ca. 55 avtal kopplade till anställning varje månad. Nedan beskrivs översiktligt de tjänster som efterfrågas. En mer detaljerad kravställning kommer att ingå i anbudsunderlaget som distribueras till de Anbudssökande som bjuds in att lämna anbud. Upphandlingen omfattas av följande delar: Löneberäkning Tidregistrering för månadsavlönade, timavlönade samt stämpling via webb/mobil plattform. Hantering ny-, ändring- samt avslut av anställning inkl. digital signering. Masterdatahantering inkl. effektiva importer och exporter till systemet.
