LiU önskar upphandla ett lönesystem som är utformat som en sammanhängande webbaserad portal och är intuitivt för användaren. Vidare ska systemet ha en väl fungerande beräkningsmotor som stödjer lönehandläggning utifrån rådande avtal och anställningsformer samt stödja digitala och moderna arbetssätt. Goda integrationsmöjligheter till andra system ska finnas, vilket möjliggör effektiva och smidiga administrativa processer, samt utvecklingsplaner för regelstyrd/automatisk hantering av ärenden.
