Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Deux lots composent cette consultation, le présent document concerne le Lot 1: Location (hors vêtements de froid) des vêtements de travail pour les agents du Grand Port Maritime de Marseille (GPMM) et entretien (hors vêtements de froid) hebdomadaire, mensuel ou trimestriel de ces derniers. Le Lot n°02 "Entretien des vêtements de froid des agents du GPMM (Petit lot réservé aux opérateurs économiques mentionnés à l'article L.2113-12 du CCP)" sera traité sous forme de petit lot dans le cadre d'une procédure distincte de la présente consultation, conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 2° du Code de la commande publique
