Description
Fourniture par location de systèmes d'impression multifonctions connectés, avec prestations associées pour les services municipaux (Ville et CCAS): o Location, Livraison, Installation, la mise en service et l'accompagnement aux changements des systèmes d'impression numériques multifonctions (photocopieurs), ainsi que la maintenance et la fourniture de produits consommables liés à ces équipements. o Remplacement de la solution de gestion GESPAGE : une solution de gestion centralisée des moyens d'impression (photocopieurs, imprimantes) s'intégrant pleinement au Système d'Information existant et offrant un réel support dans la gouvernance de la fonction d'impression et de numérisation. o Mettre en oeuvre une conduite du changement, un suivi des usages et une optimisation des coûts pour lesquels le titulaire sera force de proposition.
