Description
La présente consultation concerne la maintenance, la fourniture et la pose des dispositifs automatisés (bornes, portes automatiques, portails, barrières, rideaux métalliques) au sein de chacun des sites de la Ville et du Centre Communal d'Action Sociale de Sainte-Maxime. Cette consultation s'effectue dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes conformément aux articles L. 2113-6 à L. 2113-8 du Code de la commande publique avec le CCAS de Sainte-Maxime. Le coordonnateur du groupement de commandes est : Commune de Sainte-Maxime. Il aura en charge de signer, notifier et exécuter de l'accord-cadre au nom de l'ensemble des membres du groupement.
