Description
L'accord-cadre a pour objet la location de matériels nécessaire au bon déroulement des manifestations organisées par la ville de Metz. Il se compose de 6 lots. La description des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques sont définies dans les BPU spécifiques à chaque lot. Conformément aux articles R. 2162-3 à R2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique, les lots 1, 4 et 5 sont mixtes. Les lots 2, 3 et 6 sont passés uniquement sous la forme de marchés subséquents. Les lots 1 et 4 sont attribués à plusieurs opérateurs économiques dont les conditions sont définies dans les pièces de l'accord-cadre
