Le présent marché a pour objet une mission de maitrise d'oeuvre pour les travaux de renforcement structurel et de réhabilitation après sinistre du bâtiment abritant la maison de l'enfance et la crèche de l'amphithéâtre situé 2 rue Hisette à Metz. Le multi accueil de l'amphithéâtre est un établissement recevant du Public classé en 4ème catégorie de type R, il est situé au carrefour des rues : rue des Arènes, rue Dembour, rue Hisette et Avenue François Mitterrand dans la commune de Metz, dans le quartier de l'Amphithéâtre. Le bâtiment est constitué de cinq niveaux.
