Description
Gegenstand der Bekanntmachung sind die Kommunikationsnetze/ Telekommunikationsleistungen ("ORF Telekommunikationsnetz LNet IP" und "Eventstandortanbindung") zur Bereitstellung des ORF- Übertragungsnetzes ("LNet 3.0" bzw. "ORF-Leitungs- und Datennetz"). LNet 3.0 wurde an ORS Österreichische Rundfunksender GmbH & Co KG (im Folgenden "ORS") durch den Österreichischen Rundfunk ("ORF") vergeben und hierfür ist ORS gesamtverantwortlich.
