Description
Denna upphandling avser VS-konsult för nyproduktion av hyresrätter samt renoverings-, underhålls-, ombyggnads-, anpassnings- och tillbyggnadsarbeten av befintliga hyresrätter, särskilda bostäder och lokaler inom Lunds kommun. LKF upphandlar nästan uteslutande totalentreprenader enligt ABT06.
Participation requirements
- Anbudsgivare skall ha konsultansvarsförsäkring i enlighet med vad som framgår av AUC.54. Skall intygas i anbudsformulär
- Anbudsgivaren skall bedriva näringsverksamhet och skall uppfylla lagenligt ställda krav på registrering i aktiebolags- eller handelsbolagsregister eller…
