Description
Lunds Kommuns Fastighets AB (LKF) huvudsakliga uppgift är att erbjuda Lundaborna kvalitativa bostäder till en rimlig kostnad. Totalt äger och förvaltar LKF mer än 11 000 bostadslägenheter och ca 1 500 särskilda boenden. LKF har under de senaste åren haft och har ett mål om att byggstarta mellan 250-300 lägenheter per år, samtidigt som större renoveringar av våra befintliga bostadsområden skall ske kontinuerligt. LKF har utifrån detta ett behov av en bred portfölj av tekniska konsulter.
