Description
Upphandlingen omfattar Ramavtal gällande Livsmedel i enlighet med vad som beskrivs i upphandlingsdokumenten. Avtalet avser att omfatta leveranser av kvalitetssäkrade livsmedel till verksamheterna. Västerås stad producerar varje vardag ca 39 500 måltider till barn, unga och äldre inom sina måltidsenheter och köper årligen in livsmedel för ca 100 000 000 kr. Det finns många verksamheter inom kommunen som alla köper in livsmedel. Förutom de största verksamheterna som levererar måltiderna till skolan och äldreomsorgen är det även exempelvis restaurangutbildning, hemkunskap, fritidsgårdar och mindre boenden som alla har behov av inköp av livsmedel.
