Nu genomför Luleå kommuns inköp en ramavtalsupphandling på konsumentförpackningar av livsmedel för köp i butik och via webbhandel. Upphandlingen syftar till att tillgodose och göra det möjligt för Luleå kommuns enheter att genomföra kompletterande inköp av livsmedel i butik eller webben utifrån behov.
