Ziel des gegenständlichen Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss eines Vertrages über im Wesentlichen die Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme eines Live Cell Imaging System zur Beobachtung von Langzeitkulturen von Neuronen und Gliazellen. Teil der Ausschreibung ist auch ein optionaler Wartungsvertrag dessen Abruf im Ermessen der Auftraggeberin steht und von der budgetären Bedeckung abhängig ist.
