Description
Lepingu esemeks on 21 Tallinna linnale kuuluvat asukohta, mis antakse kasutusse reklaami eksponeerimise eesmärgil. Igale asukohale on lubatud paigaldada üks reklaamkandja (olenevalt asukohast kas plakatreklaam või LED-ekraan). Pakkuja maksab linnamaa kasutamise eest hankijale üüritasu ning pakkujal on kohustus näidata igal digitaalsel kandjal linnareklaami vähemalt nelikümmend kümnesekundilist klippi ühes tunnis.
