Hanke eesmärk on tagada Linda 10, Tapa linn, hoone tehnosüsteemide hooldus ja kontroll (ATS-i, turvavalgustuse, tuletõkkeuste ja -kardinate ning suitsutõrje- ja suitsueemaldussüsteemide hooldus ja kontroll; ventilatsiooniseadmete hooldus; elektripaigaldise käidukorralduse teenus).
