Description
Pyydämme Teiltä tarjousta Limingan Asunnot Oy:n liitteen mukaisiin kohteisiin kiinteistönhoidosta sekä ulkoalueiden hoidosta hinta eriteltynä, mutta sisältyen samaan hankintakokonaisuuteen. Mahdollista on hankkia myös muita tarjottuja huoltopalveluita. Kiinteistönhoitosopimus on määräaikainen alkaen 1.4.2025 ja päättyen 31.5.2027 (”varsinainen sopimuskausi”). Varsinaisen sopimuskauden jälkeen Tilaajalla on oikeus jatkaa sopimuskautta kahden yhden vuoden mittaisen optiokauden ajan (1+1) aikajaksoille 1.6.2027 – 31.5.2028 ja 1.6.2028 – 31.5.2029. Tilaaja ilmoittaa toimittajalle viimeistään kuusi (6) kuukautta ennen mahdollisen optiovuoden alkua, aikooko Tilaaja ottaa optiovuoden käyttöön.
