Description

Pyydämme Teiltä tarjousta Limingan Asunnot Oy:n liitteen mukaisiin kohteisiin kiinteistönhoidosta sekä ulkoalueiden hoidosta hinta eriteltynä, mutta sisältyen samaan hankintakokonaisuuteen. Mahdollista on hankkia myös muita tarjottuja huoltopalveluita. Sopimus on kahdenkymmenenkuuden (26) kuukauden määräaikainen sopimus päättyen 31.5.2027, jonka jälkeen on kaksi (2) optiovuotta aikajaksolle 1.6.2027-31.5.2029, ellei jompikumpi osapuoli irtisano sitä kuusi (6) kuukautta ennen määräaikaisen sopimusajan päättymistä.
