Description
Limerick City and County Council wishes to engage the services of a suitably qualified licensed property management company to provide building maintenance and cleaning services required for three properties. These are: 1. Artists Apartments, Johns Square [8 apartments, (6 medium term and 2 short-term license)] 2. Artists Studios, James St (8 Studios, non residential) 3. Dance Studio and the Church, (Dance Limerick, Johns Square)
