Description
Predmetom zákazky je dodanie liekov a infúznych roztokov pre potreby Záchrannej služby Košice. Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky vrátane vypracovanej špecifikácie je uvedené v časti A.3 Opis predmetu zákazky súťažných podkladov. Verejný obstarávateľ požaduje dodávať tovar s garanciou minimálne 80 % zálohou expiračnej lehoty odo dňa dodania tovaru. Uchádzač je povinný predložiť ponuku len na zaregistrované lieky a liečivá na slovenskom trhu. Vlastnosti požadovaných liekov a liečiv sú dané/deklarované kódom prideleným Štátnym ústavom pre kontrolu liečiv (ŠÚKL) Bratislava. Predmet zákazky je rozdelený na 5 samostatných častí: Časť 1: Lieky I. 334 350,93 eur bez DPH Časť 2: Lieky II. 750,31 eur bez DPH Časť 3: Infúzne roztoky I. 248 320,00 eur bez DPH Časť 4: Infúzne roztoky II. 8 763,00 eur bez DPH Časť 5: Lieky III. 580,28 eur bez DPH
