Predmetom zákazky je Liek s účinnou látkou cerliponáza alfa 150 mg, infúzny roztok Lieková forma: sol inf 5 ml/150 mg+5 ml prepl.roztok (liek.inj.skl.) Podanie: intracerebroventrikulárne použitie Liečivo cerliponáza alfa patrí do skupiny liekov známych ako substitučné enzýmové terapie. Používa sa na liečbu pacientov s ochorením neuronálna ceroidná lipofuscinóza typu 2 (CLN2), známym aj ako deficit tripeptidylpeptidázy 1 (TPP1). Ľudia s ochorením CLN2 nemajú enzým nazývaný TPP1 alebo ho majú príliš málo, čo spôsobuje hromadenie látok nazývaných lyzozómové akumulačné látky. U ľudí s ochorením CLN2 sa tieto látky hromadia v niektorých častiach tela, najmä v mozgu. Tento liek nahrádza chýbajúci enzým nazývaný TPPA, a tým minimalizuje hromadenie lyzozómových akumulačných látok. Tento liek účinkuje tak, že spomaľuje postup ochorenia. Odporúčaná dávka je 300 mg cerliponázy alfa, ktorá sa podáva jedenkrát za dva týždne intracerebroventrikulárnou infúziou.
