Description
Predmetom zákazky je liek MEPACT 4 mg prášok na koncentrát na infúznu disperziu. Každá injekčná liekovka obsahuje 4 mg mifamurtidu. Po rekonštitúcii obsahuje každý ml suspenzie v injekčnej liekovke 0,08 mg mifamurtidu. Je indikovaný u detí, dospievajúcich a mladých dospelých na liečbu resekovateľného nemetastatického osteosarkómu vysokého stupňa po úplnej makroskopickej chirurgickej resekcii. Používa sa v kombinácii s pooperačnou chemoterapiou využívajúcou viaceré lieky.
